I usually get it on RSS so I am glad it is back. That said, I would have missed it eventually.

    That steampunk laptop is amazing.

It's back, thought there's been a bit of a stir as some of the board's steampunks are angry that political discussion has been disallowed.

"there's been a bit of a stir as some of the board's steampunks are angry that political discussion has been disallowed."

    Whoops.

I mean, I can see the board admin's point, as that ALWAYS turns into a minefield on the internet.

My answer has been to relegate political discussion to the Zoo, therefore marking it for the curious reader in advance as "Probably For Nutters, Walk Away Now." And everyone's happy.

Tell them they're welcome to start a colony here. Heh.

    I'll let folks know, Warren.

Steampunk Magazine may be offering some forum space to the public soon, too. We'll see.

If you want to test the water first, I can just rename this section "Steampunk Magazine." Or open a new section.

    whoo hoo! retro monkey diseases!

I try (often unsuccessfully) to avoid political discussions because they turn into shit sandwiches very quickly. Bums me out when sites have to exercise the nuclear option due to pigfuckers without enough sense to know when to agree to disagree.
