Sometimes I still wish that I lived in Oklahoma, now is one of those times... Only 4 hours from my hometown to Dallas. I could have come and gawked awkwardly at the prettying things at the Avatar booth.
it was nice meeting Spiral, Paul, Mark, William and all of the avatarians at WWTX, it was the first con I've been to since I was about 14. Saturday evening was nice, very relaxed, low key and just an all around great time, I wish I could have stayed later, but I'm getting old apparently and midnight is about my limit.
I'll post a picture of the sketch Paul did for me later, just to make everyone jealous
hey Paul, did you ever get a scan of Bob's Hawaiian shirt
Great to meet you too! The con's been fantastic, and it was lovely to hang out with you Spiral and the Avatar crew :) Unfortunately I wasn't brave enough to ask Bob for a Shirt scan XD (for those confused, I collect scans of Hawaiian shirts to use on Karl's shorts).
There should be a few more amusing videos to upload soon :D
smart thinking about not messing with Spiral's whitechapel bag. Sure she's nice and everything, but she'd have no problems dropping you like a bad habit for that bag.
Paul, ehile not as cool as Bob's I can provide you with a scan of this shirt if you're interested.
That's Light of Thy Countenance, a story by Moore adapted for comics by Antony Johnston and painted by Felipe Massafera. Coming in Jan. Also that month we have a preview of Neonomicon, a 2009 original mini-series written and scripted for comics by Moore and drawn by Jacen Burrows.
