    The Willows Anniversary issue

    I love this Magazine for two reasons:

    One, there is nothing like it. It is truly one of kind with the type of good fiction and art it is producing.

    Two, the determination of the staff to make it the best it can be and to keep going, these two things have come together and now its celebrating its year anneversary.

    I believe in and enjoy this magazine a great deal, and think it's been kept as a bit of a secret for far too long.

    He has done two covers and I think they have him on to do other things, the art on the inside is just as good as on the cover by a number of very talented artists. The fiction is great too I read it cover to cover and that typically dose not happen with things like that., the work that goes in to the magazine and the talent is why I try to help it out as much as I can.

    I do know that the editor Ben is having a sales on ad space and on year subscriptions as a "Thank you" for helping them make it to a year. So for less then two cups of coffee at starbucks you can get The Willows for a year, This fact is kinda funny.

    Jay's the artist. The model is Athanacia Heonis, known elsewhere as Acid Pop Tart. I believe she's a contributing editor on something called GOTHIC BEAUTY magazine, too.

    It was that cover that led me to order The Willows. Can I say: "Keep the covers b&w. I think colour might spoil it."
