Hopefully the proofreaders'll catch that misspelling of "supervillain"...

they've caught it in the comments, no idea if it's too late to change or not.

I'm psyched about it and hoping to get to sell it to people at the bookstore I work in.

    fuck

It's too late. Combed the INSIDE with twenty tiers of fine-toothed combs. Didn't spend any time with the cover.

If anyone needs me, I'll be in the kitchen with my head in the oven.

With a cover like that, I think that most people will think that it's a cooler & better way to spell it. Can't wait until it's at the newsstands.

Aw, thanks. I'm mortified, but also very, very proud. And I do hope lots of you will buy one. We want to make many more.

    @CamyLuna

Agreed. I'd also be willing to bet that some who don't fall into that category will assume it's being spelled "the European way." "Colour" and "Flavour" have really fucked with some American heads over the years.

Either way, I think the cover looks amazing, and I'm excited as hell to buy a copy.

Wish I’d known you needed help—I’ve had plenty of free time to do layout work, and I work cheap.

Baww, thanks peeps. While I may join Mer in the oven for a little while, I think that, overall, we're all thrilled.

one of the coilhouse people can correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe they'll have an online ordering option on their site.

very, very, very cool. i've been looking forward to the magazine since coilhouse launched. something about print... just does things the internet can't.

Everything I've seen of it so far (all the proofs and other goodies on over Coilhouse, as well as the cover here) look just spectacular. I can't wait for it to come out!

Do let us know if we can do anything to make sure our local distributors will carry it! I'm not sure if they just need the name or there's other information to provide to...

    Excitement!

We'll be able to answer distribution questions next week at some point. But basically everyone worldwide can order it via the site. We'll keep ya posted.

The cover is so awesome, most people aren't going to notice the typo anyway.

    Looks great! :)

    inre: The Typo

For some reason that's the way I always hear it in my head when I'm typing. I'm surprised I don't misspell it more often than I do, since sounding words out in my head is usually my mnemonic device for remembering spellings.

    inre: The Mag

I want this. I blunder across the site now and then and am totally lost on where to start drilling down (not a design/navigation problem, just me being scatterbrained). Having the info presented sequentially should help me digest it a little better.
