   My friend Wayne (yes, horror writer Wayne Allen Sallee) and I want to try a little experiment in IntarWeb Culture Jamming.
   
   What we'd like you to do if you happen to be blogging tonight and feel so inclined is to make a post entitled "Fishnets For Vigoda" and include this image:

   Does the internet need more of these? It barely pays attention to the ones it has now. I say if they internet starts feeding and walking the memes they have already, then I'll contribute to the pool.

   Good Lord, no! We're just curious about meme transmission patterns, especially on something as patently absurd as "Fishnets For Vigoda," something we chose because it's ridiculously easy to track (well, okay, also because we really like Abe Vigoda) and will have a significantly limited lifespan. Think of it as asking how far will something spread in a (roughly) 48-hr. period.

   Y'know, I hadn't even considered that this is a riff on his famous television role until now.
   
   There already exists, or had existed, an Abe Vigoda meme back in 2002. I guess the rumors about the Abe Vigoda meme being dead are all wrong.
