The main advantage to audiobooks is you can read while doing something else - driving, drawing, house repair, mowing the lawn, you name it. The closest thing I have to a book on tape is some Kerouac as read by Kerouac himself, and it is quite amazing. If Warren was doing the reading, I would get a copy. Hmmm. I don't think I would enjoy a audiobook for CLV... but then I don't really like audiobooks in general. Maybe something about the narrators's voice never sounding as good as the one in my head ...
