Most extreme conspiracy theory is a mask for fear, hatred or other unpleasant things carefully cloaked in package of "this is what really happened..." This is crazy in a math way. Fomenko clearly can't see that human beings make the same mistakes over and over so he has built a history on the notion we act like a random number generator. And worked hard enough to make an entire fictional version of the world in the process.

The simple fact that history is full of choices repeated over and over bang up against a crazy mathematician that insists everything must conform neatly to a probabilistic curve for repetition of random events.

Umm, in Russia his work has been used to argue that the Roman, Mongol and Russian empires were all one and that Russia (from its capital in Constantiniple) ruled all of Europe, Asia and the Middle East up until a few hundred years ago.
