    This weekend here in Chicago The Hideout, a great music venue/bar, hosted their block party. Neko Case was there. But the show stopping amazing bit was Robbie Fulks (yes, the man who sang "Fuck this Town") and rapper Rhymefest collaborating on Michael Jackson's "Thriller"

    With a couple dozen zombies in full make-up.

    I was in the crowd though. The best part was some of the totally baffled hipsters who were probably 1 or 2 when Thriller was released. The divide between under 25 and over 25 was like a razor slice.

    This makes me laugh, and sob at the same time. I remember watching Thrillers' original release on TV, when that was a momentous occasion.
