    Since today is my birthday, my three year old bought me the following albums:

    Accelerator by Royal Trux
    The Airing of Grievances (I can never spell after dinner) by Titus Andronicus
    The first three Belle and Sebastian albums
    and
    a while pile of Sonic Youth and Daniel Johnston albums. Probably enough for the next two weeks listening threads.

    Who knew a three year old had so much cash???

    I bought it on the strength of two big rock numbers, but it's turned out to be a wonderfully heartfelt slice of folksy melancholy. Very much looking forward to seeing this guy in December.
