Green light rumor via LITG, new 5 issue mini from Avatar, with cover art by Paul Duffield (no interior artists named at this time).

Follow the link and scroll down to read the article, as I'm sure Warren will add more tidbits soon.

Aeon Flux's red-headed daughter! Looks great.

Odd, I wasn't aware any of this was public. I'm not even sure if I *am* the cover artist yet. Is this a leak or a press release?

Is this a leak or a press release?

I'd consider it a leak, until further confirmation can be made.

Ah right. I wonder if there's a way to mark this thread FAO Warren or William.... they'll know for sure.
  4.  (391.7)
I have no idea where it came from. Ask William.

There will be a lot of information coming out soon about this one including artist (not me) and release schedule. I got to look at some of the test images and they are stunning.

    Thanks for the update.

Nothing like leaks showing up on Warren's forum about his new comic to make me smile :D

The link from Avatars' main page to more info on ANNA MERCURY is not working.

    Mystery! Intrigue! Typos!

...I may not have slept in a while. Forgive.;)

    That's my thought. :)
  8.  (391.14)
Am certainly looking forward to this...
  9.  (391.15)
Avatar press releases for April are up at CBR. Anna Mercury is front and center.

    Simply gorgeous.

    Wow. Looks great.

And I guess, coming from Avatar and being about a woman that is attractive, we can expect a bajillion covers. Hurray for swimsuit specials!
  12.  (391.18)
If people didn't order the covers, Avatar would stop doing them like that.
  13.  (391.19)

    (1) Don't order variant covers X, Y, Z if you don't want them; simple as that
    (2) There are people who WANT variants and will order them because:
    (a) they are pretty and they like them
    (b) they want to support their favorite writer/inker/penciler/publisher/ect

I prefer to think she has a gun in her other hand, and she's literally kissing you good bye.

And it just occured to me I just put my reply in outline form. I need to quit doing notes for class, like now.

I'm having a time out until I can learn some manners.
Now that someone else has mentioned it: How apt would the ├ćon Flux comparison be, Warren? It does sound like it's along those lines.
