    i am looking for someone who knows a good place to send some swords me and my friends have to restore them from the condition they are in now.

    Find a local farrier or blacksmith. If they can't help, they'll know someone who can.

    I've repaired quite a few swords & knives, and restored one civil war sabre (circa 1800), and it's going to depend on how dramatic of the repair/restoration. How bad is the damage? If it's historical, then it's going to be a lot more expensive than if it's damage from actual use.
