It's Friday, and we're back to FREAKANGELS.

Good morningafternoonnight, Whitechapel. Everyone alive, or close to? Very tired over here in lateearly PST, as per usual. Also very cold, but I'm not going to tell you what temperature it is because some of you live on polar ice caps and would scoff at my comparatively summery weather. But my fingertips are chilly.

A mortar?! No, bad nameless, faceless gang members.

The art just gets better and better and it was no slouch to begin with.

Between pages 4 & 5 I'm surprised Paul didn't take three weeks off... incredible detail. I love the color on 4 especially.

This webcomic's going to grow into an institution. We'll probably end up taking our kids to go see the movie, eventually.

Loved the color this week. My LCS owner said he wasn't too keen on the art of the TPB, but I said "oh, wait. It gets significantly better." And every week, Paul proves me right. Vol. 2 can't come out fast enough. Also, loved the eyes in page 5. Haunting.

Content: I'm concerned that they knew exactly where they were firing. I smell a Mark. That, or Alice has a tracer. "What did I do?"

Afternoon Ms Ariana. Hope SF ain't so bad really.
Been a tough week here. Two particularly tricky bugs to quash. Hopefully they won't try and mortar me next week.

Love the magic hour colours - reminds me of my drives home at the moment
Is there some sort of scale being used to figure out how much darker each episode will get?
Looking forward to seeing Kait take the lead.

Thanks all for starting the weekend

Cool, I love it when shit blows up.
That episode went way too quickly, thinking of starting a petition to make Warren release more free webcomics, or release more pages per week. What? Your busy enough already and there's not enough time for you or the poor artist who has to draw the damn thing, and we should be grateful for the 1 awesome free webcomic per week?
Bollox, your stuff is too good, I demand more!!NOW!
    Only joking...sort of.

    The coloring was most gorgeous.

If the number of original ships was not important, where did those guys come from?

I want more shit to blow up.

It's super windy and chilly here, by local standards anyway. In other words, it's not really cold. 50F is nice.

Thank you so very much. I've had a horrible day, being awoken at 5:30 over drama, and then going to the dentist. This made my day so much better! I love it.

Mortars make a lot of sense.

Excellent colouring, very appropriate to the space and lighting.

good to have FA back this week.
been an intense one. pulling a year's worth of documentation together for end of year reporting to our parent company. spent week generating graphs and hounding people.

As I was reading the first page:
    *Lean in, squint*
    "Holy shit a mortar!"

Gotta love knowing what stuff looks like.

Great issue. I can't believe that this is all still one day. When are they ever going to get a rest?
