I really do not relish the thought of unpacking a bunch of feminism and critical theory into this thread, especially if other people aren't up for it at all, but the fact remains that a user posted a picture of himself with naked women in it, with no indication of who those women are or whether they mind people sticking naked photos of them on the internet, and nobody batted an eyelash. Then a user posted a naked picture of himself, and things got noisy because people aren't used to dealing with penises in their visual media. I actually am assuming the best about the first picture and have zero problem with it. However, double standards and poorly-examined behavior patterns get me down.
Powers that be: I know this borders on thread-jacking. I will return with a photograph to restore balance. -

Nope. Had a problem with the naked chicks too. Still... having... flash....backs....... *shiver*
My problem is is that perhaps Im too modest. If I were to run around and post naked pictures of myself all over the place I may be more comfortable with it. But.... Im not going to do that because I know no one wants to see that. Which is precisely why I dont do it.
People don't mind seeing naked females as much as male, because people see more of naked females. Nude males are a novelty.
Everyone may have a different view on what "ugly" is, but Im pretty sure I could NEVER look a cock and say "OOoO, that's pretty!" Even the one I get to see daily. Im happy to see it, Dont get me wrong, but its ugly. Will always be ugly. -

I am not trying to pick on you or attack you personally, and I will never tell you that you should feel differently about naked pictures, of yourself or others--I'm only talking about what you and other people have actually said, and no one registered any objection to the naked women, here on the thread. Again, I'm not objecting to that picture or to the second one; I'm saying that if one stays, the other should, too.

Here's the deal:
If men, women or things inbetween wish to post pictures of themselves naked in a self-portraits thread, then I have no problem with it. This is a forum for adults, and I assume no-one's going to fall down at the sight of an unclothed penis.
That said, if forkfork sticks his tiny dick into any other threads like he did last night, he's going to go away. I cut him some slack last night because he was clearly drunk off his arse. -

Jo - just for the record, I posted the self portrait with the two nekkid ladies, both of whom are fairly well-known fetish models, Kumimonster and Ulorin Rex. The photo was one of the last from a fun day spent shooting them. I mainly posted it because I suspected that some fetish-oriented folks here would recognize them, and also because they are lovely, unlike myself. Obviously I have their permission, they were compensated and signed all necessary releases and whatnot, but thanks for your concern.
And, FWIW, I personally have no problem with photos of cocks, post them all you want. I will say that this is the last place I expected prudishness about nudity of any variety. -

I knew I would see cawk on Whitechapel...I just didn't think I'd be so horrified.
I was a bit intoxicated when I typed that. I could eat chili while browsing THAT thread. Its more apt to say I was in a state of confusion...because who posts a picture of teh cawk with their face included!?
