@leepus: C'mon, man, don't throw it all away just because I made one horrible, horrible mistake! Man up and get ready when these threads resurrect themselves in 2009! We need your sketches as well!
@frequentcontributor: Commie, Nazi, in space it's all the same...
thanks spencer, somewhat, mainly for the ship... i imagine people of the future will look back on us the same way i look back on 1100s europe, barbaric and in the dark... ive been reading a book on buddhism too and was wondering how to make a peaceful character interesting.
Many, many thanks for the enthusiastic comments; more and more people are coming in with great art and ideas every week, this is becoming quite stimulating. Thank you, Radian, for the gunblade cue. Sean Grimm: about two disorganized days. My final vote's on Santapau for this week.
I'm wondering if the Hawk icon, might work as a replacement for the E in "SpacE Hawk...maybe with the hawk flying to the right, and the star as the space between the two words....
Phew! Just made it I think... Colouring ain't great - spent too much time having fun with the star field! So... I was thinking, ye olde 'grim' translates to modern day 'emo' :-)
@Johnmuth I'll have to try that when I have a spare second. Good eye! See? Design is NEVER done... Thanks!
@AmandaP Nice job on the almost "yaoi" sad boy love version of Spacehawk. "Will I ever find love amongst all this chaos? The memory of my love's caress grows colder with each laser blast..."
