New week's releases are up at http://www.piccadillyrecords.com on Monday morning - just choose a genre from left and click "magic mix" to stream excerpts from the new releases.
Ariana usually swings by Largehearted Boy's Try it before you buy it posts on Tuesday mornings, too.
I'm playing Magenta in an upcoming shadow cast production of Rocky Horror Picture Show, so I've been listening to that soundtrack a lot. There's also been a bit of Rush and Nina Simone going on.
Unsurprisingly, these three things are horrible in a mix together.
for some reason, (THE) INTERNATIONAL NOISE CONSPIRACY has been popping up a lot, so ive been listening to that as well as some ATARI TEENAGE RIOT, the new MASSHYSTERI "var del av stan" lp and a few others.

I am going to see Animal Collective on stage again, next week. I'm always a bit scared before listening to each of their new records, but I know some of the new tracks from the last time I saw them so it's like, safe. I guess everybody on Whitechapel already know them too, but now they're going to be massive very soon. I just hope it doesn't melt down.
Team Sleep, Mary Timony, Muse and the Mars Volta head up the list of my recent listenings. Oh, and Peter Fox won't leave my brain alone. I can now sing the entirety of "Alles Neu" in the original German, and I'm slightly disgusted with myself. Ellis, I both love and hate you for posting that on the website. Please make Peter Fox leave my brain alone... TT_TT
