Gonna keep the competition going for another week or so, then pick the winner. Am starting to think that maybe having more than one logo might be a cool idea though, at least for the t-shirts. I'll get back to you all! I'm so impressed by all the entries so far, not a single one I don't love in some way. -

@Moali: love your hatchy/shady/smoky space gun; you may want to tweak the contrast of those clean letters vs gun a bit, or choose diff type.
right now it screams title covering up nice illo/graph to me.
perhaps go to the graveyard to frottage some gravestones scan those in and mixit up with Adobe Photoshop. (or your artgun of choice, ;) -

FINALLY (got over my Thanksgiving food coma) here's my submissions for the logo, in both clean and decay versions.
Great designs all 'round. Nice to see such a graphic outpouring of good type and image. Texture should have no problem finding a new logo from this thread! -

All right. This is probably my last punt. It's really just a development of previous stuff. Basically taking the logo a bit steam punk / mechanized.

The customizable nature of the badges and logos he brought to the table really give us something we can get behind for a long time to come. Some of the other designs were so impressive, that we're still going to produce them as t-shirts. So no whisky for the following guys, but hopefully we can make some money together selling your awesome designs.
