   One of the nicest features of Vanilla (this forum board) is the ability to define attributes in your personal data. When you mouse over my tab "heresybob", you'll see this stuff below. It's one of the best designed ways of giving communication linkage I've found. And it's linked. :)
   
   
   
   A developer mentor of mine would say this is a classic "work smarter not harder" scenario. :)

   I have to confess that I still don't "get" Twitter. To me it seems to fall right between IM and blogging and doesn't do either one very well IMHO.
   
   Which probably is why although I have one (Stygmata, derrr), there's mostly nothing on it, although I've been following Mr. Ellis's Twitter feed for the pure hilarity of it.
   
   Now all you kids get off my lawn and take that infernal device with you!

   I hated it at first, but needed it for a class. Now I'm addicted to it. Sometimes it's nice just to pop out to the world what you're doing, and it's a great way to keep up with some of my favorite authors, bloggers, and celebrities!
