Have any of you had bacon chocolate? It's wonderful. You can get it at Whole Foods in the U.S., among other places.

I had some, given to me as a gift some time back. Quite tasty, if I recall.

The BaconSalt guys have also now come out with Baconnaise, with which I was graciously supplied by a Libby when she was back here over break. Guaranteed to up the awesome of whatever you put it on.

Interesting experiment? This weekend, I tried a veggie burger (Morningstar Griller Prime) with bacon salt, baconnaise and Baco's. AMAZING. It's all vegetarian too, and I believe save for the burger it's all kosher as well.

bacon is delicious, but it is one of the few bad-for-me foods that i actually have willpower to resist, so i havent had it in months.

I believe the more pertinent question is: "Who DOESN'T love bacon?"

That is amazing! I made bacon cookies once (standard cookie mix with chocolate chips and bits of bacon) and they worked out rather well. I'd recommend making some.

There's a BBQ bacon 'n' pork sausage roll recipe out there. You use two pounds of bacon and a pound or two of pork sausage.

You start with a bacon weave, slap the pork sausage on there, in a nice consistently-thick layer, and then put some fried bacon on top of the sausage.

    Aw, hell--here's the recipe:
