Wonderful. It appears to be back in action.
    Thank you, Warren.

The thread that I (drunkenly, I'm sorry) created a mere 8 minutes ago has already disappeared.

Were there spelling mistakes, or did it not suit your current tastes? Question applies to both Mister Ellis and Miss Osborne.

    Don't ask dude.
It's gone to the happy place, it's happy there kay?
  3.  (5.264)
Heh, it's out of my brain and not online - not in any readable fashion, anyway. I suppose thats happy enough.

There were so many spelling mistakes that I thought a monkey had taken your place. And not a smart monkey, either. A small, sickly monkey that had been fed a pint of petrol and put round the dishwasher.

Thank christ. I thought it was just the drink and the funny non-QWERTY keyboard that had done it.

If we need to contact a mod off-list, how should we go about doing it? I know Warren's posted his e-mail in various places but I haven't found a general mod e-mail address (and there wasn't one listed on the first page of The Rules or How to Use Whitechapel).

The "mods" are Warren or m'self, so it really depends on what you need. If you need password assistance because you cannot get in to Whitechapel at all, there's a whitechapeladmin account for dealing with that in the password reset form. If you need help with Whitechapel and you can get in, it's fastest to ask here. If you want to talk to Warren or I directly, we're both pretty ubiquitous online, though our respective workloads may mean there's a delay in private response, depending on the query.

*nod* It doesn't involve the site here in a technical sense like passwords or anything like that. I wanted to ask about some information after an experience I had on here on Friday but wanted to take it off board (as posting in this thread is pretty open to the community at large). I sent an e-mail to Warren but I see he's gone offline for a bit to get work done and was wondering if I could toss you a line instead.

Yup, we're aware. See also "our respective workloads may mean there's a delay in private response, depending on the query."

Ok, thank you; I understand that you two are busy. Just trying to get things resolved.

    Warren and Ariana:
I don't generally get involved in the political threads of debate and discussion even though i would browse them in curiosity of others opinions or what they do for the sake of their beliefs. I certainly noticed the most recent one was understandably closed.

Nonetheless, I'm aware of a peaceful protest rally being quickly organized in Boston (peaceful gathering permit pending) to show support of a Pubic Health Care option day.

Would it be acceptable to post what information i have so far to Whitechapel?

I'm also not sure which category it should appear under.
I certainly understand if the Powers-That-Be have had enough of political matters on the forum for the time being.

    Thank you,

Did I err creating a thread on Do Anything 17? Apologies if I did.

You were going to give away the next parts. So it got vanished.

@warrenellis Sorry to have jumped the gun. Did you ever read the Mediascene Interview of Paul Gulacy by Steranko? The article hurt my brain.

@Ariana- my apologies for buggering up the R/R Black Orchid thread -a misnamed file was linked to a much larger version of my artwork.
By the time I fixed it, the thread was closed, so I just wanted to apologize for making it run so slow and ruining it.
    Won't happen again.

Would it be OK for me to create a thread that can be bumped to let people know when Whitechapelers are playing iSketch? It's basically online Pictionary, but there are so many talented artists here that we end up with some pretty cool drawings.

    A request, really.

Could Glycon please be put up for consideration for a Remake/Remodel thread?

I've noticed people starting to say 'Thank Glycon' or 'For Glycon's sake' and stuff like that, and I'd like to encourage this meme. I think some more modern images and reimaginings would be interesting.
