I'm in Costa Rica, which means I'm outside the protective envelope of U.S. netspace. I'm having a lot of trouble lately accessing some of the cool/awesome/most recent stuff that comes up because the people dishing it out can tell that I'm not in the States and therefore I'm unworthy of its enlightenment. My pal, who uses a proxy for the UK to let him watch his BBC footy, doesn't have the site he used to rely on (seems the Regulationistas got to it). So I'm a bit stuck.
