    Well, as marketing gimmicks go, getting the intarwub jesus to flood England so his new webcomic is a success - you have to admit that is pretty cool; and it means all those people who get flooded out can sue him, so everyone wins in the end, I think

    Some better advice: If you live in a flood plain and it's flooded 57 times in the last 3 years, move.

    The local paper in York is reporting that the Ouse has flooded.

    The Ouse floods once every 2 weeks for the 8 years I've lived here. There becomes a point when it ceases to be news.

    Mind you, its that or 'YORK'S UGLIEST DOG - PICTURES'.
