    Gonna try giving this a bump to see if anyone else is interested. A few responded, one track is pretty much done, thanks to Citizen Higgs! Elana has sent me a demo of some ideas she had and as soon as her life calms down a little we'll step it up hopefully.

    If any other singing types want to try out collaborating, I'm still looking. :)

    @munin218 I like the stuff with you singing (it was at /thesoundofherwings07). If you can figure out a way to record yourself, that would be awesome! I have offered before that if someone is interested I could stick a decent mic in the mail. Do you need more hardware than that?

    Not sure what kind of inputs are needed to hook said mic up.....does it need an adapter?

    The equipment that recorded the tracks i have up was a friends' setup, from when i lived in michigan, and he had several pieces of equipment needed to interface with the computer (the mic required a phantom power supply). So, what would I need?

    Hi Russell!

    Yeah, things are good over here. The project is slowly getting back on track. Your version of Sleeper is done. I'm not sure if you got my last email, but I ended up using 90% of what you did. I just compressed and mixed it slightly different. I'm about to do some traveling, but I'm working on a micro-site for everyone involved and will post the results as well as a couple new tracks (sans-vocals) soon.
