Yeah, it's a skip week -- but we've got a bit of chatter from Paul, Volume Two order info, and some good-lookin' new tees.

(This is also a good time to remind our North American clock-watchers that FA is going to seem an hour "late" for the next two weeks until BST kicks in.)

And oh god this week: Warren's slowly suffocating under massive work crush, and I've been busy like-ya-do and lost two days to DeathPlague3000. Everyone else hanging in there?

I wanted to mention that we also have the Anna t-shirt in S and M live, so those folks that have been asking about smaller sizes, we heard ya! The new FA and WC shirts will start shipping out end of March.

If I'd just waited 10 minutes before going for a walk to clear my head I probably could have pre-ordered the signed version at GOSH! and I definitely wouldn't have run for the bus, tripped, went flying about 9ft through the air into the road and taken the knee out of my trousers and my knee.

Got most of the flat decorated this week, wife and baby were at the mother-in-laws. Wife and baby came back yesterday. baby didn't recognise me and pulled his shocked face then his "very sad face" when I picked him up and started crying.

Is there somewhere in the UK I can get merchandise without a $30 carriage charge?

    yeah, that didn't just happen.

I've spent the last 48 hours basking in the freedom of my own little world - goddess, I'm selfish. and reveling.
Also, the cats and I have cabin fever and one of us is bound for the loony bin soon, but I'm not telling which...

Paul - your work is incredible, and it is a joy to see every week. even the weeks that are breaks...

I only have £10 in my bank account until my new job pays me at the end of the month. Sadness. =(

I'm having a time out until I can learn some manners.
I thought it would be a skippy week. Shame - I was really anticipating finding out where volume 3 would open up. Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer then.

    Ah well :'(

In the meantime, I'm currently reading 'To Kill A Mocking Bird' by Harper Lee, 'The White Devil' by John Webster, and for non academic shizzle, I'm really happy about reading 'Twilight'.

Hahah, just pulling your leg; I'd never read Twilight. As a matter of fact, I am reading 'This History of Science Fiction by Adam Roberts, for fun.

Today I met the science fiction writer Eric Brown, that was pretty awesome. He's a really interesting bloke.

N.B. Almost forgot to mention. Something else interesting happened this week. I got a phone call saying it would be okay to interview the renowned childrens author Leila Berg. I'd love to write an adaptation of her biblical stories for my masters in creative writing (maybe). She's such a impressive figure... bit nerve wracking.

Oh, also if any whitechapelers were thinking of buying a complete version of Shakespeare, I'd advise you to avoid the RSC complete edition. Because it's fucking crap. The paper is like tissues. The best version is the Oxford version (it has a painting of the Thames on the front cover). Just, y'know, in case anyone is interested.

In addition, this week, I saw Watchmen. It blew my mind, and officially become One Of My Favourite Movies Ever. Anyhow, today I asked the senior professor of film at my University is she'd seen Watchmen... and she replied that she hadn't even heard of it. I was very surprised. So I said, 'You haven't even heard of it? Really? Because it's pretty big in the media right now, it's like a blockbuster, bit controversial.' But still, nothing. Anyway, I'm going to see it again on Wednesday, and I'm really looking forward to that. I already saw it last week at the London IMAX, which was freaking cool. Nothing like watching a six foot blue cock on the UKs biggest cinema to cheer you up.

    I'm buying the 'Chapel shirt.
  6.  (5286.15)
Skip week, aww. You do though deserve, especially with all the hard work I can see you put into it.
    I love FA.
For me, I'm doing quite well.
Though I myself am trying to finish this novel project my own, so I understand the necessary needs for breaks. -.-
I would really like to buy the comics hardcovered and all, but can't seem to find a decent comic bookstore, none of the stores around here even know what the heck FA is.
    Keep up the good work.
Everyone hope you have good lives.
And Alana Yuen is a great artist, thanks for sharing her with us.
All right I'm quite done rambling.

I'd give you guys hugs, if I wasn't afraid of Warren. Don't think I'd like getting hit w/ a cane.

Wow. It's nice to read what Paul has to say once in a while instead of just enjoying his art. I'll be getting a WC shirt as soon as I can decide which size to get. Mens sizes always confuse me, and I want to wear it out and not just for sleeping.

I've been trying to avoid the latest round of DeathPlague3000, and the orange juice, vitamins, and running screaming from anyone with the cough seems to be working. It's been a difficult work week though, and worse is yet on the horizon. At least I have a weekend.
