HATRED SURGE-isolated human 7"- not as fast as their (his? alex hughes plays everything on the recordings...) other records, but still a crucial new release from the pinnacle of current "grind violence" bands.

DEEP SLEEP-you're screwed 7"- this band (and every band on the usually infallible GRAVE MISTAKE records) has been getting a ton of hype and ass-kissing in the HC scene...and im gonna have to say this record lives up to none of it. decent mid tempo early 80s style, but nothing stands out. why do people flip a shit over this band? oh well.

God that sounds like the stuff that my brother used to listen to, especially the Gabba. Imagine a sunday morning when he comes in at 7am, still wired and off his tits from a Rave and decides he wants to play Gabba at the highest volume. He then thinks it will be louder if he take 2 more sets of speakers, cuts off the connectors, splice the wires and jam them into the sockets of his stereo, promptly setting his stereo on fire.....
