Love the new album so far. It's not Fat of the Land or ...Jilted Generation, but I like it better than Outgunned or Experience (and I liked Outgunned myself, despite what everyone else said about it).

The new album by Eaters, called Wives.

It has a song about monkey-human hybrids, and also a song called Hand of a Thousand Bitchslaps. You can't go wrong with that. Get it up ye.

Today I've been spotting about between Mum's latest, Dntel's first, the Black Keys and the Black Lips. Also, a 2007 compilation called Electronic Music is Vital. It is.

Weird! I saw them open for a completely opposite-from-their-sound band (Born Empty) at a dive bar 2 or 3 years back. Hadn't thought much about them since. Not my thing, but glad to see a local band getting out there.

I'm listening to same stuff I always listen to. Tub Ring, Ohgr, The Dreaming, Dresden Dolls...

Placebo - Battle for the Sun is stuck in my head right now!
I've also recently went back to Joy Division this week, along side some Yeah Yeah Yeah, The Cure and for a bit of variation, Tupac.
