    SEQUENCER DREAMS
Two Synclaviers walk into a bar in 1985...
My love affair with anything in the 80s that involved plugging stuff in and signing over it. Gotta dance!

    PROTECTING THE HEART
"The lonely weekend begins with longing". Some great melancholy tunes from some of my favorite voices.

Since Warren & Sizer are going back to days gone past, i´ve raided my old tape colection for a few classic indie hits...

In the End They're All Songs About Women

Mostly mainstream and guitarded rock. I'm only avant-garde on the inside.

And the volume levels are horribly inconsistent.

    Tony's Country-Fried Schizoid Mix

a couple tracks i had on my old Muxtape, with plenty of others. no real theme, but a lot of it's some of my favorite inspiration from when i was working on Fear Agent and Ghost Rider. now that i see you can have multiple mixes, i'll probably start putting together some thematically coherent stuff. this has a lot of country and rock, with a little metal and hiphop scattered across.

After spending the afternoon catching up on Warrens Blog posts, i read his post on Shitgaze music. Realising that my old music collection contains such wonders i give you

    Shoegaze Vs Shitgaze?

Thinking back i recall how many guitar bands at the time got tagged with the "Shoegaze" label. Even bands like Dinosaur Jr and teenage fanclub who were nothing of the kind...

Nice mix. By the way, are you trying to create a new lawn with your mixes?

    Rain.

I'm not feeling very upbeat or peppy right now and it is a god-awful ugly little day in Chicago.
