Odin does seem the obvious choice for an eye-based detective superpower, indeed, but frequent's is still far different than my doodle (and rocks out too, as is frequent's wont).

I'm also impressed by rickiep00h making an eyeball furrow its brow. :D

    *bows* a-thank-ya.

I might have borrowed the concept a bit from Hunter Cressall's Vexxarr webcomic. I think I saw it somewhere else once too, but I can't for the life of me remember where.

*Sorry, had only about 45 min between jobs to mess around, but the image would not leave me alone. Thus the poor quality. Um, and the brain damage.

Yes, well, I'm no Warren Ellis.... but I'll take that as a compliment?

...which means we'll get the weirdest, best entries ever for this. WhiteChapel never fails to deliver!

Tricky? Bah! We eat Tricky for breakfast (the concept, not the musician).

    i'll post it anyway...

Well apparently The eye can appear anywhere, so why not in the hearts of praying christian women and school girls in the middle of mass. Its a hentai in the making!

    The Eye

...that is, somehow, even more fucked up than Pandja's.

Possibly because I can dismiss Pandja as a passing lunatic with day-release access to the internet, but I actually know you.

I have an old Golden Age of Comics book that has a cover of The Eye (Keen Detective Funnies). It's shooting some kind of fire on fleeing criminals. One chap is shooting it with a tommy-gun. The Eye's "only accessory was lashes and what may or may not have been an eyebrow."

    @ eric: man, that's brilliant!

ok, mine: I first thought of Sauron's Eye

    Detective Evil Eye

Then of a more mystical kind

    Rejoice!

Finally, I thought of all the security cameras everywhere, of the detective techniques, so I made that

    Detective Eye, inc.

By the way, there actually are detective agencies called Detective Eye...somehow, I find all that scarier.

I've been remiss lately - but I had a little something from a while back that seems like it'd fit in here okay...
