Jeff, I love your work on Agents of Atlas and Exiles, so how have I never heard of this Mysterius the Unfathomable thing? I'll have to smack the people at my local comic store for not mentioning it.
I like it that because of "intelligent" banner ad programs, Debbie Schlussel's site is promoting a Muslim marriage site.
Some kind of sublimely ironic force controls those ads. At a religious-issues site where I blog, we used to get tons of Amazon auto-recommendations for Dawkins and Hitchens.
GWillow- Not so much bold as unaware (which sounds much better than ignorant). I'm a big fan of linking to references, simply because it's the internet and that's how it should be done, but if there's the potential for problems I can nuke it. Arianna/Warren, got an opinion on this?
Flinch, featuring my stories 96000m (Illustrated by Tom Bonin) and White Dove III (Illustrated by Colin Wilson) is out this week... I think - Diamond have done strange things with this one.
It also features fantasy author James Barclay, horror author Terry Dowling, Justin Randall and a host of other talent.
I'm not sure if this is the place for this (I'm not a huge internet forum guy - I had a bad forum experience once; it scarred me... I quietly cry myself to sleep at night) but the new ongoing series of Star Wars: Invasion (written by me, Illustrated by Colin Wilson) has just started with an eight page preview over at Star Wars.com.
I personally can never get enough Star Wars comics. Its two of my favorite things in one wonderful package, whats not to love. Will definitely get this when it's released.
I've been waiting for The Complete Dracula for some time now, so hopefully I'll find it tomorrow at my LCS. I will get Flinch through Amazon. Funny that the book bears the same name of that old horror anthology title from Vertigo.
Quick q: I'm not a pro creator in any sense, but my first comic book has just been made available through the online print-on-demand shop IndyPlanet. Would it be okay for me to pimp it here?
