Hi. I'm Adam. Australian. Husband & Father. Writer. Warren Ellis board junkie. A novel, two poetry collections, some minicomics and zines. Working on another novel. Starting out with the comic scripting thing too. Had some small bites from some anthologies. Finding artists is hard. Finishing scripts to my satisfaction is harder. Very early days. We shall see.

This is me at Breakfast in Thailand last year. My hair is much messier at the moment.

I'm Liam, I've been stalking Mr Ellis online in various forms for a few years now. My talents include olympic level forum lurking, IT related sorcery that amazes the user population, worship of a dark and powerfull goddess (my wife, hi honey) and an online body count that would make Hitler weep with envy.....

Hello to all, I am jenn. Student of theatre right now (makeup as well as acting). Trying to start up work on a low budget horror film to effectively combine the two.

I love to read science fiction and comics when not smacking my head against Shakespeare (and his damn sentences that are longer than the name of god).

I shall endeavor not to make any messes on your lovely new board.
Picture taken earlier today... maybe yesterday?

    Holy shit.

Excuse my french but I was just browsing through reading some of these and glancing at the pictures and I noticed Wil Wheaton. That's amazing. I'm not generally an online lurker but there are some things/people I can't help but lurk around. And Wil Wheaton is one of them.

I'm not sure if it's bad manners or not to post twice in here, I mean, I'm not reintroducing myself or anything, but there are lots of people with fine hats. I must get myself a fine hat. I'm looking at Crowley especially. That's a fine hat, sir. I must find an establishment through which I could purchase a fine hat. Also, yes, Adamatsya - there are far too few artists willing to trust me out there. Also, I believe this is my first Warren Ellis board. It looks exciting?

    hello, i'm cragum.
i prefer to remain internet-anonymous, and so while i'm perfectly happy to say hello (nice to meet all you folks!), i'm unlikely to elaborate about my life much.

I'm Fredrik, people tell me I'm 33 but I refuse to listen. I'm a 3D-animator, stuck in the gaming industry but with delusions of film.

When I don't work I practice Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, go clubbing or nerd it out in front of the computer. I do game design as a hobby, I'm also heavily addicted to electronic music.

I have more ideas than time to realize them which makes me sad.

I prefer fiction over reality, the landscapes of the imagination are so much more seductive than the real world. I wish I had more interest in it, though, because deep down I'd like to help make it a better place.

    Hey, everyone

Here is Renato Mazzini speaking. I'm not italian, though I share a second name with the man who invented the first concept of the Mob. I'm a teacher, lawyer, music reviewer, writer, (former)radio-station soundmachine operator and current pignasty collector for a ranch of a couple of friends of mine (they have lovely kids). I interviewed Warren Ellis for a hardcore variety website we kept online a couple years ago (now temporarily off) and since he didn't tell me to fuck myself off with my own guts I have been tracking his web vestiges down. I live in Brazil with my girlfriend.

    Good to meet you all.

    Hello all,
I've posted a couple of times and figured it was time to stop acting shy.

    Brandon Whitesell.
I used to be freelance designer, until i became financially unsuccessful. Now i work for the department of environment in my state, trying to cram aesthetics down the throats of curmudgeons.
I'm a musician at heart (some linky goodness at and have my first official release coming to the interwub download services (emusic, itunes, et al) inside of the month - you can preview it here: -

I used to bea comics reader, but college ruined that for me (no money, you know).
Then I saw the cover art in the solicitation for Brian Wood's Local and wondered where I had been. Fell got me the same way and around the same time. I wanted to join in the fray at the Engine, but was ultimately too bashful. Now, i think i'm drunk on coffee.

Good to "meet" you. Hope to make some friends.

I'm axel. I do stuff with computers and they do stuff with me. I'm not good with normal people. Tend to attract "freaks". And I'm cool with that.

Hello. I'm Vanessa. I'm just some girl who makes artificial neural networks and applies them to largely irrelevant musical tasks. I am unable to stop taking photos; sometimes I post some of them.

I'm Canadian, but at this particular moment I'm in London. I will likely be more active when I'm home again since for now I'm just getting by with enough occasional cafe internet access to barely survive.

I look something like this (or at least I did for a tiny moment there in the right light) :
