   I"m on the fence on the hoax thing, leaning towards believing it. Supposedly local news had done stories when she was younger, so if she looked the same then while her sisters have aged...
   
   If it _is_ true I think the most remarkable thing is that she's gotten over both a stroke and a brain tumor more or less on her own.
