@chris g: Great concept and very nice art.
    @Rooth: Brilliant.
@Kieran: Whatever's going on here, I want a whole website devoted to it.
@ESCgoat: Truly cool. Talk about having a monkey on your back.
@Paul Sizer: Hilarious. I know an ape that needs help.
@Doc Ocassi: I like the moodiness.

    Gorilla With A Human Brain
This took far too long because it was designed as a 4 colour print:
Gorilla With A Human Brain (Behind The Scenes)

So many great pieces here this week.

@rooth - I'm flattered once again with the return of my Atomic Man. Nice one.

And to everyone, I'm really impressed with how much you all can do with so little. These are a hoot. I might have to rattle one of these off myself, now...but, how to break this idea over my knee...?

    This thread is rockin'...

@zombieinzen: I can't wait to see that fleshed out more.
@Ken Miller: Wonderfully stark contrast of colors... I dig the twist of the subject matter...
@Rootfireember: Awesome. Love the stuffed monkey doll.
@chris g: This has a wonderful classic 40s/50s era comic cover feel.
@Rooth: Wow. That's just gorgeous. Wonderful integration of past R/R characters.
    @Paul Sizer: Heheheheh...

And to everyone else who's contributed, this is a solid thread.

I'm not done with mine yet, hopefully I'll have something ready tomorrow...

Aw Jeez, thanks for the nice comments, folks :)
If crying were allowed on Whitechapel, I'd be welling up right now...

I really hated missing the last few weeks, so I wanted to make up for it by including the ones I had missed in this week's entry.
(and I was mightily stoked when I learned that Warren had given us a monster to play with this time, which was the perfect vehicle.)
You folks RULE and are so talented!
This is the best art club on earth...

I'm back after taking a couple of weeks off of life as usual... my wife and I just had a baby boy!! I did manage to finish an Atomic Man (it's posted at my deviantArt page)

@ zombieinzin: I like the distopian sci-fi feel of the design
@ lordmitz: Nice to see that the brain switch hasn't effected this guys normal routine
    @ Yoav: Awesome!
@ Rooth: Take that heroes! Great incorporation of past remakes
    @ ESCgoat: Cool
@ Paul Sizer: Great (as always)!

    Here's my contribution...

Dang, some nice work. Paul, that poster needs to be gracing dorm rooms the world over.
@256...I thought I went through a difficult process for some of these. You take the cake. Then screenprint a monkey on it. Well done.
@DBed...This seems like the setup for a Bugs Bunny cartoon. I picture some loony tunes mad scientist just running around swapping brains at random. "Now ve put ze alligator brain in ze gorilla's body, zen ze gorilla's brain in the alligator's body, zen the human brain in ze.....wait. Somebody get me a chicken!"

@Paul Sizer - the bit about throwing feces is excellent: a win for that line alone!

@Seantaclaus - glad you like the contrast of colours in my pics: I actually scanned & sampled bits of paintings my 3 year old daughter did at pre-school!

@DBed - super stuff: love the croc!

Ken Miller. I can't help thinking you read these R/Rs then go back to shooting LSD directly into your brain with a taser powered hypodermic. I mean that in a good way.
