Being she is a fan of Green Lantern (and Hal Jordan in particular), I pulled a few strings with a friend of mine, and he got me in touch with someone at his place of employment...

And I ended up having a Tiffany & Co. jeweler make a Green Lantern power ring out of sterling silver for her.

This was a fabricated ring as opposed to one cast from a mold.
