Would appreciate an invite as well.
From the looks of the article seems very interesting

Oooh, if there are any still going, I'd be really appreciative of an invite.

i'm curious about this wave thing, is my email if anyone feels like sending an invite

If there's spare invites going around, I'm at - thanks, if someone spots me one.

I suspect the folk here could come up with some interesting uses of the platform - probably more fun than just using it for role-play games.

And then I hopped on the train and asked for an invite:

    Great rewards for whoever complies.

@D- -Did you get Vermilious and Allen? I just got Edbury.

@gzapata - I haven't really had a chance to mess with it much yet, as I got it in the wee hours yesterday, and then was out all day. Hopefully I'll get to start digging into it a bit later today.

@gzapata -- It's hard to know what to think right now. It's nifty because it facilitates collaborative work when collaboration is unlikely to happen face-to-face. The problem is that I haven't had a chance to really see how this works. Sure, I've messaged a few people (and can see them typing away) but I'd really love to use it for a panel I'm currently working on. The problem is that I cannot invite my fellow panelists to get on Wave and work on the main proposal with me. For now, it's just functioning like a fancy chat room...! I'm still exploring, though. :)

Hey, if anyone has an invite to spare, I'd love to check it out. Thanks in advance, guys, either way it goes...

@Joe Harris - Sent. As mentioned elsewhere in the thread, there's roughly a 2-3 day turnaround.

i am not above begging. any more invites?
  7.  (6911.37)
@gaveedra - I can't speak for D-, but I sent out my last invite about 10 minutes ago. Hopefully, when those on the thread receive invites, and are eventually given invite of their own to hand out, there will be more paid forward here. If nothing else, I'll come back and see who needs them with the next batch I get (whenever that ends up being).

Just an FYI, you can also request an invite for Google Wave here:

Before you fill out the form, I'd have a look at some of the Wave previews on Youtube so you can fine tune your pitch. Although, to be honest, I suspect businesses have the best chance of getting invites through the direct request form. For those of you currently without invites (and alas, I have none to send right now), you aren't missing much of anything if you don't have a specific need for what it does.

I'd be interested to take a look if anyone has a spare to shoot my way at jonathan.leslie.harris@gmail
That being said, no rush and no worries if people are out of invite slots by now.
