Better late than never right? More Venture Bros. The wig I used is a little off...kind of made me look a little like an old lady...so I just told people that I was the unholy spawn of Betty White and Freddy Jones. Go Team Venture! Duh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nun.
Wow!! Awesome costumes. Super great zombies above. I could've used a few zombies to parade about with me on Halloween night. :)
So, I did Alice, from Resident Evil Extinction. Let me state that the Extinction is my least favorite film of the series, but it was the only outfit from the films that I would not freeze may booty off in on a cold October eve' in upstate NY. Was a super fun costume to wear, though. The hubby was a right-wing teabagger. Which I thought was fucking hilarious.
Vexingly, it looks like the photos that were taken by friends have been eaten by their dodgy memory card. However, I did this costume last year (see: lazy, see also: at work before the party), so here's a photo from last year's version. I did more of an eye of Horus style eye makeup this year. And baffled all my workmates. There were attempts to make me do a shift on the enquiry desk in full costume.
I was very amused by travelling on the tube in full costume. And standing in the queue at the supermarket to pick up booze and snack food.
Lissa77 - ossum costume. I was trying to draw that one a while back. But yeah, I am still waiting for the day when everyone goes Post-Apocalyptic Chic.
I literally stared into my closet after being told the only way to get into the party i was supposed to accompany my friend to was to be in costume and said to myself "I have a ton of striped articles of clothing" So I was lazy and threw them on claiming to be a Zebra. I was also very tired after going to four different scenes before this. With all the inmate costumes running around my town, I didn't feel all that out of place.
