You've obviously gone out of your way to make the beats sound organic, but perhaps some more random/structured variance in the volume of each sample making up a loop (and if you can be bothered, taking out any true looping entirely) would take that even further. The structure of the song comes mainly from swapping in and out marginally different arrangements of samples, but I have to say it all seemed a little arbitrary, there wasn't much of a feeling of shifting mood, or overall atmosphere. The song would take on a new level if it could become more than a slide-show of nice loops.
