Those were some really good suggestions, I've also taken a deep dive into Tom Waits. And sad is okay, both sad and happy are wanted. But that Bloodhound Gang song really nailed it! Awesome.

Yeah, it's helped me out a few times as well. Hope you feel better soon.
@ odaelisabeth - For some reason Anthrax's album Sound of White Noise is one of my favorite post-breakup records. If you're mad, listen to "1000 Points of Hate" or "Room for One More". Sad? The song "Black Lodge". Both? "Only". Or just listen to any album by The Smiths if you're still feeling down...
And I've been listening to a lot of early Black Metal the past two days... it makes me laugh when I smoke. Venom, Emperor, Burzum, Satyricon, etc...
@oda Have you tried "Cry me a River" by Julie London? One of the great breakup songs of all time. Also "Your Cheatin' Heart" by Hank Williams, Sr. is another.
@oda - Sugar - Copper Blue - at least a couple songs on here just crush me when that sorta stuff happens, 'The Act We Act' 'If I Can't Change Your Mind' & 'The Slim' in particular.
other listening: Them Crooked Vultures... eh? Sorta like Shrinebuilder, I *wanted* it to blow me away but it's not. Not bad at all, just a 'good' record.
this evening: Killing Joke - Pandemonium (I can see tomorrow, I can see the world to come, I can see tomorrow, Hear the Pandemonium... HEAR IT!)
