    Sobreiro: Nice hooligan detective! I especially like the knocked out ghost. Is this what a "Dock Walloper" is?

    @frequentcontributor--I couldn't get "by any means necessary" out of my head.
    I'm showing my age by admitting that I've never heard of HOME MOVIES, but thanks for the linkup.

    Yeah, I'm definitely a Clone Artist fan. But Sobriero's "Long Island whitefish" ghost is my favorite.

    @Alexander Mitchell - Excellent kick off to this thread. Still one of my favorite pieces.

    @Viol8tor - That's one scary mouth!

    @Kieran - Burn baby burn!

    @Adam Rosenlund - I love this one. It's a favorite this week. Zero is obviously a man who enjoys his work!

    @stsparky - Do we want to know what that tool is for?

    @John Q - Nice character design, simple yet with lots of possibilities once Zero is in action - as your follow up demonstrated.

    @Oogliemooglie - I love the smell of burning ectoplasm in the morning. It smells like ...

    @DBed - Awesome.

    @frequentcontributor - Your contribution gives me the creeps every time I look at it. Good work!

    @Meatgun - Ouch.

    @Brian le Golem - Heh. The little dog is a great touch.

    @jeffkevlar - a formidable looking Zero!

    @Eightser - I like that transparent/skeletal arm.

    @DisContent - Ghost noir. Yay!

    @Yoav - Excellent illustration but I think his brain is getting cold :)

    @Dbed - And awesome again. Your first contribution had a good thriller vibe, this one would make a great cartoon. One to give the kiddies nightmares.

    @Amalgamated Biscuit - Whack-A-Spook! You can't beat just one!

    @Shetland - The black teeth are a great detail!

    @kmcleod - Boom baby boom!

    Forgot to assign Creative Commons to my piece. A little late now but FYI.

    @Chip Zdarsky - God damn. This is my favorite illustration this week. It's so creepy. Lovely brushwork. The expression on his face is both sad and insane. If I saw that coming at me I'd be terrified.

    @Paul Sizer - Lovely robot designs. He and my Ghost Exterminator could team up :)

    @Ken Miller - Ghost ears?!? Eeewww.

    @kperkins - Big gun arms rule.

    @Maxence - excellent contribution, first time or not. Come back again!

    @Sobreiro - I would not fuck with you Zero. I wouldn't even joke around him.

    @Clone Artist - I really enjoy your contributions. I see things that I've never imagined on my own. This one is cute and absolutely creepy all at the same time.

    @ David Lee Ingersoll-Thanks for the comment. Your version of Zero is fucking spooky! I especially like The pile of dead in the back ground. When I see it I can't help but think that maybe she couldn't wait for ghosts to exterminate so she decided to make her own. The black and white with red being the only color really gives it a nice tone as well.

    Man. Sucks that I'm so busy this week, too. This one seems lots of fun, and my idea still hasn't been done. Great work from everyone so far. So many fun designs and ideas.
  5.  (7177.89)
    @ John Q - love the way you brought movement to your V2. the flowing forms are ghostly but still have weight

    @ Sobreiro - like a deflated sock. whomped the soul right outta him

    @ Clone Artist - nice detail in the evil coat!

    I'm trying to find some time and I'll get mine up here today or Sunday

    I'm showing my age by admitting that I've never heard of HOME MOVIES...

    kmcleod: Home Movies is from the late 90's/early 00's, so I can't figure out if you mean that you're too young to have seen it or too old to have seen it...

    Clone Artist: That's rad!

    Some interesting stuff this week...

    Alexander Mitchell - Brilliant start to the thread. Love his face - AND he's got a ghost-arm! One of the top three pics this week.

    viol8tor - Spirit sandwich! Yummy!

    Kieran - Political ghosts beware!

    Adam Rosenlund - Love the specter-blood on his knuckles. Very good!

    stsparky - Beware... the Tool. Funny!

    John Q - So... Zero the ghost exterminator IS a ghost! (Or is he invisible?)

    oogliemooglie - They're bombing the graveyard - genius!

    DBed - Great first illo. Very nice character design. I like the second pic too.

    frequentcontributor - Cool. You based it on a Guitar Wolf pic - how could I not like it?!

    Meatgun - Wow - looks like he savagely removed that dude's spirit!

    Brian le Golem - Nice, fine line-work. I love the reference to Warren's T-Shirt range.

    jeffkevlar - I like the fact that the ghosts are hiding immediately behind Zero.

    Discontent - Cool. Is the Tower of Babylondon a BBC building?

    Yoav - Very, very nice on the eyes, dude. This is one of my top three faves this week. Love the line-work, shading and use of textures & dots.

    Amalgamated Biscuit - He's smacking down the ghost with a two by four plank!

    shetland - Love it. He's like a black-toothed, ghostly version of Steve Buscemi!

    kmcleod - Zero is The Man!

    David Lee Ingersoll - Bloody nice.

    Chip Zdarsky - Brilliant economy of line and shading. The final one of my top three favorites this week.

    Paul Sizer - Your local coffee shop must've seen some great drawings taking shape over the years!

    kperkins - A bionic ghost-killing arm - well, of course it is!

    Maxence - I love the face!

    Sobreiro - Yikes! Nice one! I like the flattened spirit.

    Clone Artist - Good, as usual - and your line-work's nice & flowing this week.

    Alberto - Love the strong lines & color.

    3millionyears - Your Zero's a real space cadet!

    Amazing entries as usual everyone ;-) Chip's has tickled me the most - gorgeous ink (as everyone has said) but it's the idea I love :-)
    Missing everyone here... life and the creation thereof has gotten in the way. Hope to rejoin these marvelous threads soon!

    Wow could it be, just about a week and nary a submission with the hero beating up Nazi's? I guess there haven't been very many in recent R/Rs but for some reason noticed it this week. One nice gender switch but no boob-tastic female heroes in stompy boots and bondage gear. They're nice enough to look at but a bit predictable.

    Instead people have been exceptionally creative and damn some of the skill here...goddamn!!
