    the first third of this is great. (i'll get to the rest this weekend.)
    when he's talking about the information-overlays on real objects, and mentions being able to see a woman's sexual interests projected on her as she walks by, my brain snapped and went "IS THIS WHAT THE LAST CENTURY OF TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN WORKING TOWARDS? MAKING SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS BORING AND PREDICTABLE?" i think the answer is Yes.

    i think you may be right about that. zizek touches on that in some of his writing. a philosopher that actually "gets" sex..must be the 21st century.
