    *ahem*

I believe the correct name is now "T-dot". Liberals changed it on the way out last time...

I'm torn between these two versions.

and another shot of the same two:

Sorry they're so huge... but they kinda have to be.

@oldhat I love the texture on that first building. Gorgeous.

@Rachæl I like the long one, it works well. Gives kind of a more fairytale vibe.

I spent all day at work today looking at pictures of deer and scenery where I was hoping to find explosions and machines. I didn't think I could look at another picture of wildlife, especially deer, and not go insane.
    But that is beautiful.
Also, I prefer the second option on both of those. The darkness seems eerie, in a sublime wonderful way.

    krakatoakatie:

Does that rather nice shot mean that you have a replacement camera body now, and are back up and running?

    Great to see :)

@ microclimate YES I AM! it is very exciting. I'd never have a camera this nice if my other one hadn't been stolen.

I must admit, Coop makes me want to get entirely inappropriate with my camera.

That is to say, I like your stuff, man.

My Son's friend brought this over to show me. I thought it was pretty funny so I thought I would share.

Just make sure it's fully cooked, you wouldn't want it to get caught in your throat.

Some stuff from the first wave of going over my NYC photos. Just got back, so there's not many right now.

@oldhat: I really like the second one down. The street art/graffiti in the third one is interesting to me as I used to be quite into it. I see Obey is not loved by the locals (unsurprisingly, as Shepard Fairey is considered a sellout).

@E-Ray: As someone who has tons of airplane/airport memories, I really love them. And if I may ask: where you were flying to?
