hehehe. I can't tell if there's snark in that there comment [as they toured together a while ago and may be getting popular these days...I'm not exactly 'in touch' muscially] but either way I love that video - it looks to me like she's blushing when he matches her work. They could be in luuurrve for all I know. I hope you do like it, especially the quality of the film.

I quite dig it. I don't know if you like Ideamen, but it kinda has that same vibe. And it has Kevin Gibson on a track, so that's always good. Tim Swanson (ex-DFD [for, like, 2 seconds], Ideamen) gave us a copy for giving Ideamen spaghetti.

Heath Ledger shot this video for Australian rap duo No Fixed Abode’s “Cause An Effect” on a single camera in his Sydney garage shortly before his death.

What was on my MP3 player today...

Goatwhore - Carving Out The Eyes Of God (thanks to Infomancer for that one..)
    Fischerspooner - Supply And Demand
Fatal Fury - Dignity Chop EP
    Fall Of Efrafa - Inle
    Qua - Q&A
    The Go-Go Darkness - The Go-Go Darkness
Pissed Jeans - King Of Jeans
Maserati - Inventions For The New Season

And my new Icelandic music today is GJÖLL - SUM OF TRANSFORMATIONS. The collaboration between Jóhann Eiriksson (80´s industrial Band Reptillicons) and Sigurður Harðarsson (Forgangur Helvítis, DYS - Local Hardcore Anarchist). They do 80´s style power electronics and Death industrial but this album is more ambient, similar to Oren Ambarchi & Lustmord.

I think this has been the week of Hot Water Music's song We'll Say Anything We Want.

It has, however, been briefly invaded by the following records:
    Jack's Mannequin's Everything In Transit
    Owl City's Ocean Eyes
    and Defeater's Lost Ground.

Glad you dig that Goatwhore. There's something unique about their guitar tone on that album that I found weird at first but then grew on me quickly.

    Today's listens:

    Behemoth - Evangelion
    Anaal Nathrakh - Codex Necro
    Melechesh - Djinn
    Dear Landlord - Dream Homes
    Hot Water Music - Caution

my whole 3 hour flight to Toronto on Monday was all Ellington with Desolation Jones and Wanted. jazz is perfect to read comics to, i find.

my flight home was Bach with Son of Superman and Hellblazer... classical also is good for reading.

just bought Beefheart's 'Trout Mask Replica' & Sun Ra's 'The Magic City' on 180 gram vinyl today. tasty listening...
[and i ordered Bob Dylan's new album on vinyl last night... i know, i know, it's Christmas music. that shit makes me want to stab my ear drums, but it's Bob and the track i heard sounds better than anything on his last record. plus, all the artist royalties go to charity.. and it comes with a free 7"]
