    Doesn't even take 2 minutes for the bullshit machine to kick in and for the faithful to start claiming it's all her fault. Jesus. Even GOD doesn't want to be blamed for everything. I wonder why Hillary is willing to let them heap abuse on her.

    Because it makes her more sympathetic.

    There's no better way to get people, especially liberals, to rally around a cause than to have a "victim" at the center of it.

    (I was doing laundry in 2006 when Elizabeth Edwards suddenly appeared on the TV with her husband, talking about her new book. And I said "John Edwards is running for President again? Fuck.")

    This is the sort of thing Senator Clinton can use to rally the left. If she's savvy enough to spin it without looking callous.
