Google Street View apparently shows a corpse. I haven't found this on Snopes, but have contacted them to verify or falsify this. Still, really fucked up if it's for real.

Edit: if you go a little up 29th St to where it starts showing images again, you can still see the crowd of people, you just can't make out that there's a guy on the ground any more.

Further Edit: while I was poking around on Google Maps, they replaced the image with a presumably fresh one (the cars and construction and stuff are now completely different than the surrounding areas) ]]>
