I love the smell of pay-off in the morning. I feel like I'm rooting for Mark now or I would be if I didn't think he was *about* to decapitate Kait in some dingy backroom. Or is he? I can't reconcile the fierce skinny kid in the tracksuit with the murdering, megalomaniacal drone-making monster. I mean, sure he seems aggressive, angry, smart and a good leader but not your classic out-and-out evil telepathic psycho. Even the PUNCH can be justified or at least rationalised, sort of. Did channelling all that power turn his brain or is it the trauma of being rejected by the rest of the group when the consequences of MEGAFWOOSH become clear that nudges him off the brink? Can't wait to find out. This story is wrought from raw win.

Add me to the list of those consistently up-wowed by the art in FA. It's a reliable source of pure awesome in a fickle, tricksy universe but this week's ep is a particularly fine and striking set of visuals. Beautiful, beautiful stuff. On the bottom panel of the first page I caught myself peering closely as if I could see more if I did.
