I got this comment on my blog about the Yskay drawing I just did:

Looks like the same idea Goldsworthy did on the same forum, just not as good.

Well that's no good, now I need to go look for Goldsworthy and tell him (her?) that they won.

(edit) I found the Goldsworthy rendition and it is a nice piece of work, I like the earlier sebfowler version as well.

@FredG: I really appreciate all the time you, Goldsworthy and SebF invested in the artist rendition of this silly picture I posted.
And all of them make me squiggle* in delight, in case someone didn't hear me clearly across the ocean, several land-masses away ;)
And I absolutely love that you flex your artistic muscles in another way than you were comfortable with.

Someone who chooses to only merit and compare artists pieces on one aspect n; 'originality of composition' and posts anonymously deserves to be ignored.

    Peace out.

Oldhat guards her wine carefully. Just part of an ongoing theory I have that our TVs watch us, no proof... yet.

    Sizer wants oldhat's wine

@Oldhat - From the looks of Fred's picture it would be like if Jim Cramer's Mad Money were about graphic design instead.

FredG: HA as well, I do look like a screaming preacher on TV, begging for the sweet sweet dollars and wine from my flock. Excellent!
I also like the fact that OldHat's and my picture both show that we didn't flip out pics when the computer took them.

yeah I flipped em', but some how flipped yours back. The nearly consecutive posts of you grabbing and OldHat holding back struck me funny bone.

It's the Friday before Halloween, which means it's time to dress like a dork and photograph oneself. Fodder for the artists:

Thank you. I'm sure someone will find a perverted artistic use for one or all of these pics.

@Oldhat, I love that those shower-plastic-poofy-loofah-things I have never known the name of look like alien flowers. Oh, and that the photo is beautiful. The depth of field is STUNNING.
