Techshop is a co-operatively owned work space where members can access tools ranging from hand tools to lathes to CNC machines.

There are also courses in how to use the different machines.

Now personally I got 16% in Metalwork and 18% in Woodwork so it would be much use to me personally but I think this is a great idea.

it'd be particularly great to see some of these in Africa and Sotuh Asia where the access to these tools is probably lwest and the need is probably greatest.
