The APA has a journal devoted entirely to dreams named Dreaming. Abstracts are freely viewable.

There's...a lot of material out there. And a lot of work has been done since Jung, but he's an excellent and important foundation. You're better off focusing on his publications dated 1908 and after, when his split with Freud was developing in earnest. I'm pretty sure Psychology of the Unconscious is available entirely free via Google Books or the Barnes and Noble eReader.

He also talks a bit of smack about Freud in his introduction to the volume Man and his Symbols, which he edited. Jung is the obvious author, but I was wondering if anyone recently had come across anything?

Just to be pedantic, they'd be analytical psychology (if Jungian) or psychoanalysis (if Freudian) papers, not psychiatry papers.

Freud and Jung are certainly the key sources for anything about dreams and the unconscious.
