   Heard about this on Coast to Coast AM, last night (Thurs., 22nd of Jan.) and thought it seemed interesting, and it vaguely falls into the realm of "Papernet"-type things.
   
   There is apparently something called a wishing machine that is a box of very probably unworking parts inside, but you make a wish and it comes true. Interesting, but you can't buy them and I didn't hear enough to see whether you could build them or not. Not important: Because there is a PAPER version that looks like this:
   
   Or you can go to the website, but I'm not sure how long it will be up for.
   
   Now, I'm not a gullible weirdo that will put (I almost spelled "put" as "poot"...) faith in any snake oil, but I do believe that the brain and human nature can be tricked and coerced into subliminally doing things for you, simply based on habits or common sense...
   
   Anyway, I like this thing because it reminds me of Grant Morrison's magick suggestion, which was to write out what magical thing you wanted to have happen, cross out all the vowels and repeat letters, and then take the remaining letters and rearranging them into a magical symbol/pictograph. It's a bit of fun, anyway...
   
   So this "Wishing Machine": You print it out (sorry there is not larger image; that's all that was on the website...), write your wish in the middle, and then put it somewhere so it can be undisturbed for a few days. I guess that's it, but I suppose the working theory is that you subconsciously think focus on your wish problem which helps you better solve it in the real world...
   
   A bit of fun, anyway.
   
   Oh, my other thing was in regards to the Papernet, but as tools instead of content. Like that book that Warren talked about with the ruler printed right on it. It could be very handy to have a fold-up sheet of paper with various helpful and useful tools on it, such as the maps that he mentioned and a ruler and other various I-don't-know-whats... Another thing to think about.

   Didn't edit because of the oddness of it, but I appear to have written the slightly uncommon (for me) phrase "...a bit of fun, anyway" TWICE in the previous post. I don't know why I would go back to that more than once, but whatever...

   So if "Warren" can make his wishes come true why does he need to sell his "Secret Wisdom of Kukulcan" book?

   Maybe he wished to be a moderately successfully selling author, in which case, it worked... Like I said, I don't think that it grants wishes, but I do think that changing the way you behave and think can alter those around you, in which case, any imaginary tools that can help could technially work.

   I'd have to say it's all about intentioning something into being, much like Frequentcontributor has stated. For this, the paper version of the Wish Machine will work better than the box with the dials all over it. Looks like it's made with nice wood, though.
   
   BREAKING NEWS..... I just saw a news post that some poor guy named Rick Bleney, in Abeline, TX, has been attacked by a couple of corgis. The diminutive herding dogs belonging to his elderly neighbour appear to have mistaken Mr. Bleney for a sheep. Upon questioning, Rick states, "They're good pups. It's not their fault I dress up as a big fluffy sheep everyday for my job."
