As is the exploitable markets at the bottom of the gravity well are keeping global capital well fed. The idea that 'free-market' capitalism provides incentive to innovation is a hoary old lie.<br /><br />Libertarians are essentially whiners who didn't make it in the capitalist game. Not losers, but not quite winners either. <br /><br />State planned economies CAN and do work. Sure, nobody gets silly rich but then what do we need the silly rich FOR? <br /><br />Cuba currently boasts the highest literacy rate in the world and a child malnutrition rate of 0%<br /><br />Can the 'venal petty bourgeois dissidents'  of the libertarian movement claim the same of the States?
