    I have apparently lost my will to live:

    I should try smiling on my next attempt. Hopefully my facial muscles won't laugh in mockery.

    Also, ooooh artsy (i.e. don't tweak while bored):

    I rarely try to take photographs to document my outfits. I learned that it's a better idea to take said pictures NOT in a public bathroom, but rather at home, and at the beginning of the day, and not at the end when hair is frazzled, tights are bunching, dress is wrinkled from hours in the car.

    In any case, yesterday I attended the wake of my Great Aunt. She had fabulous style, and when I was in highschool she'd given me a huge bag of old clothing. the hats! Oh, the hats! So, in dressing for her wake, I tried to instill in me some of the style she had.

    the wake
    (i tried both cameras. shakey hands and limited frame versus cheap pocket cam. meh.)
    The wake.

    The wake.

    The wake.

    I'm ruddy and pleased to have snow everywhere.

    It can probably said that me and Andre likely have the same visual designers this morning. Although Andre is definitely the more aesthetic of us.

    Rachael, you were very likely the best dressed person at that funeral. Fantastic outfit.

    @Rachael - echoing Ginja, that was some outfit.. and I particularly like the last shot, shaky hands or no shaky hands..

    @Ginja - you could pose as Enoch Root.

    Well as fictional characters go, that is a role model. Who wouldn't want to be the hacker Gandalf?

    Seriously, I don't want to know anyone who says they don't aspire to be the hacker Gandalf.

    @Rachael - you look wonderful.

    So, anyway, on topic. She left me. Heartbreak followed by ill-advised sex with a girl from down the road. I haven't cried in a year, man.

    EDIT: Also, I'm drunk. Forgive me.

    @notwolf Thanks!

    @Ricochet I shall make some, if More Winter does visit me! We tend to loose our snowfall to melt a day or two after it snows. ;_; And you should see this one, it was that Chenille-ish, but over the years, every washing has taken off a layer, so it decondstructed itself!

    last week here we had the largest snowfall on record.

    three days later, only the giant, dirty bottoms of snowmen remain.
