   PHILADELPHIA: A nurse admitted on Wednesday he cut body parts from 244 corpses and helped forge paperwork so the parts, some of them diseased, could be used in unsuspecting patients.
   
   So gross, yet so much fuel for writing projects.

   The wheels of justice turn slowly; this was used in a "ripped from the headlines" episode of Law & Order. One of the "donors" was the then-recently-deceased Alastair Cooke.
   
   The ghouls were doing things like replacing stolen bones with PVC pipe, I guess so the corpse's cored-out legs wouldn't flop around so much.

   ...except for the fact that he was old as hell.
